i’ve been using the partners Colorado app since I opened my account and the collaboration that I get from the information with the app and the branch manager Monica Gallardo at the Littleton branch has been amazing. I’ve had seamless transitions with my banking and transfers and any questions I’ve had the branch manager has answered and helped me solve any issues in a timely fashion with great customer service I want to take partner Colorado credit union and Monica Gallardo for helping me with my financing and making it easy process!

I’ve never had a mobile banking app that has ads in it. Really annoying ads that get in the way of everything. Unlike most apps where you can upgrade to a version without ads, you CANNOT with this one.Also, I keep getting notified that there are updates available for this app when I open it, but the link tries taking me to Google Play instead of the App Store. If they could fix those two things (no ads, and update it already) this app would easily get 5 stars. It functions well, it reflects pending transactions and what your balance is before and after it clears. Does all the nifty mobile deposits/transfers. Definitely a solid app. They just need to ditch the ads and either update it or quit trying to have you do so.

I have banked here 10+ years and am impressed with the customer service we receive from Josh Barajas! He is not only helpful when it comes to our business needs but will go out of his way to address a concern same day. I appreciate that greatly as a business owner!!!, and Francesca in their loan department made everything simple and easy I much appreciate that as welI, and I will also mention Dontaye as he is always smiling very helpful. Currently a great team to work with at the Arvada branch!

I am disappointed in customer service. Recently I had a question regarding a CD which had matured. I called, left a message, but was never called back. Seems once you have the money, you aren’t interested in customer service.
