I hope in next update of the application. That Switch between accounts is available without need to log out and log in to see my other accounts will be created , Ana Vodafone as example has been done this option long time ago !!!!!

Don’t not get a phone service or any other service with this company. Especially Wi-Fi. I am visiting from United States so the internet that I have in phone does not work very well over here in Egypt, so I decided to get Wi-Fi. First when I went, they charged me 600 ep for the small white device and 282 ep for 28 gb of internet. After four day of getting the device, it stoped working. I took it back to the store where I bought the service, the representative told me that the SIM card burnt. Instead of responding it for free he charged me 282 ep to replace it. After 3 day my internet started to act up again, so I assumed it’s the same issues. I took it back to the store for them to fix the issue. When I got there, I spoke to the representative and he informed me that my internet is finished. Mind you when I came to get the internet they explained to me that it should last me a month. After a month, have to come and renew it every month. Come to fine out that wasn’t the case. I let it go. So I asked them why do I need to do so I don’t keep coming back to the store every four to three day. The store representative said, I could get the 50 gb and that should last me longer, so I went ahead and did that. I paid 482 ep. After three days of using it, I decided to download the app so I can know how much gb am using. When I login to the account, I noticed that they only gave me 25 gb so guess what, I went to the store to see why they only gave me half 25 gb when I paid for 50. The chaser told me that they load half at the time. Once the 25 is finished, the other 25 will automatically drop for usage. Mind you, it showed that I used 20.3 out of the 25 and that’s within four day. I told him okay not problem. Tell my why two days latter, am having the same issues no internet. So, I go back to address the issues. They had the nerve to tell me that I used up all my 50 gb. So in conclusion this company such. They are a bunch of thieves. They will take advantage of you especially if they know you are not from Egypt.

Im really speechless. It actually works perfectly, it shows how much data you have in each segment. It also shows the extra megabytes you have or units exactly. It shows everything you need to know, what was your consumption and everything else. Also, it’s very easy to recharge bgd its amazing. Great job!

Doesnt show the section where i add the mobile number to charge for in the amount area at the top.. called the customer service and applied to update or to delete and reload the app updated the app .. and uploaded the app again and logged in ... didnt show the section again ... have recorded the screen and have a screen shot too ..
