For the last 8 months Sooper’s online banking has buffered on me on several occasions. Back in time I never had this problem. Mentioned to representatives several times and they say they don’t seem to have a problem with the buffering. Its not good when you need to use it in important times and it buffers and you can’t adjust your monies! So, I guess I’m the only one that’s having the problem. All my other apps DO NOT buffer on me. I have an up to date iPhone. Thank you for listening.

I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical about the capabilities of an app for a little local credit union, but this app does everything I need it do, and does it well — remote check deposits, transferring funds between accounts, and quickly logging me in using Face ID. Very satisfied!

Like the app but mobile deposit takes WAY too long being 4 days for the transfer. Mobile deposit usually gives me issues when trying to take a picture of the check. Also, I would like to be able to see my credit card information and be able to print statements, make payments, see balance, etc from the app. I like the financial tools available.

When a purchase is made, it does not update in the application. This is also true when a balance to balance transfer is made. The amount is not deducted from the account the transfer was made from but shows on the account the transfer was made too. It also does not show a balance in the register which is all frustrating. I have tried to update and delete and redownload the application hoping this would fix it but it has not.
