I know this is a google app and it doesn’t talk well with Apple products. It constantly tells me that I don’t have the extension set up correctly and I do. It’s like two step brothers fighting about one looking at the other and saying, “mom, google looked at me and google saying, “nuh uh”.. when In fact google is looking at them. I need them to get along or we gotta turn this car around. I feel like it worked better and then at some point they became teenagers and it got worse. Can the step bros please get along and fix this app. Us moms and dads just want a peaceful ride to a fun destination. Thanks

If you have an iPhone it almost seems like a waste of time because this app has you jumping through setting hoops only to still error after. I followed their instructions to the letter from an email I received calling attention to this problem. When trying to troubleshoot it ends in a vicious loop that leads you to the App store only to not have the necessary extension it complains about. When I try to report this to the app store, everything is grayed out so you can’t even report that there is an issue. A complete waste of time as It does NOT play well at all with Apple products.After writing this review I received an email that led me to Mac computer setting instructions even though I am on an iPhone so naturally this does not help at all. Advanced apologies to the developers for such an honest review but especially lately, honesty is extremely important and should be embraced as an opportunity to grow and truly improve. If this product isn’t really Apple compatible you should just say so or truly fix the issues instead of passing it back to the end user. Make the extension available in the App store please!

For some reason it is trouble setting up the iPhone thing but if you can figure it out (I eventually did by doing private and enabling insights there) and I put my computer also on why not I don’t do anything bad or anything to be concerned for free money have at it! I spent my almost 200$ last year on cyber Monday and bought so many different shoes!!!! I haven’t made that much yet this year but I’m at 95$ I have to keep checking on it and making sure my “devices” are sending cookies but so worth in deffy recommend!!!

The app is not working properly/ finishing the setup process because of the extension setup options on iPhone. When you try to set up Online Insights, under the permissions tab ( Web contents and browsing history), there is NO option for “all websites”. It individually lists out every website. Even if you allow those on the list to have permission, the extension still will not connect/ setup. Please fix. It’s annoying.
