Creature Comfort already provides stellar personable service. What I like about this tool is it is similar to text messaging outside of just making a regular appointment. You can actually send a question a picture or just convey your words through an app and it immediately goes through. Sometimes you may not need an appointment but just need a professional team member to just give you some advice to calm your nerves. This has saved me so much money. Sometimes I am just overly concerned, but they actually will talk to you through this app or they will just give you a phone call and give you some advice. They are not trying to break you over the coals for money.Please excuse any typos in this review. I am talking into the phone and I do not have time to go back and read it. God bless L. Shields

Our veterinarian uses this app for scheduling appointments, keeping in touch with our care team, and managing health information for all of our pets. It makes it super easy and convenient to keep up with the health and wellbeing of our 5 beloved fur babies. It has been a lifesaver for my neurodivergent brain to know I can access information on past appointments, see when vaccinations and services are due, schedule appointments all right in the same app. The scheduling calendar can be a bit slow at times, but overall a small price to pay for all the convenience the app does provide. I’m so glad our vet utilizes this valuable resource for everyone’s benefit.

Over a year ago, I was in search of a new vet as the one I had for many years was taken over by a company in another state. Things were just not the same there. And the two vets I had for years both retired.Marbletown Vet was one that my father used for many years. I continue to take his cat there after he passed away, and it was easy to make a decision to take my pets there. The Vets and staff are caring, compassionate, and well knowledged. They do things together out of work also, which is cool. Very glad I changed.

I LOVE this app but my appointments won’t book. I am trying to do two in one. Keeps saying there is an error. I went on the website instead and it worked. I tried to discuss the problem through the appropriate report and issue page.. but that says its down too so. Here I am. Once its fixed, its perfect!
