¹ Timing of payments may vary based on invoice approvals and are subject to a $2.95 fee per payment from ShiftKey. Manual review of an invoice usually takes less than 24 hours but can take up to a week. Once your invoice is approved, we can start processing your payment.
² There are no in-network ATM fees for the first 8 transactions per month. A $2 ATM fee will apply for any in-network ATM withdrawal after the eighth transaction within any given month.
³ There is no cost to use the ShiftKey Wallet app or debit card. However, you may incur a small fee if you choose to instantly transfer your funds to an external debit card or account.

Be careful switching

Switched over to ShiftKey Wallet thinking daily pay would be nice in the middle of payroll, now I haven’t been paid for a shift I worked over a week ago, which has already been approved and resolved by the facility. it just keeps saying pending. Also simultaneously when I switched over to ShiftKey Wallet from direct deposit, it messed up my ShiftKey app and I can’t even pull up my schedule anymore. After I had some issues with ShiftKey Wallet and didn’t like it, I tried to switch back to direct deposit, but ShiftKey runs you around in circles pretty much preventing you from doing so saying “they need to email a form to payroll” when it’s literally a simple as entering your bank account information, Just like when you sign up. Probably so they can keep making more money off of the fees. Just overall has been a very unpleasant experience and has made a ShiftKey overall not as viable in comparison to working for a company like cascade, clipboard or Medica shift etc. that offer daily pay without such issues. Hopefully they get this fixed and pay meee before I go the department of labor.🙃🙂↔️

I just recently switched over to daily pay and just like the reviews you may see had the same experience with my app licking me out and not letting me see shifts to bid on or see if I have been booked .I am now trying to get in touch with someone to switch me from daily pay that I had direct deposit with to mistakenly making a business account and am hoping I do not have issues with getting paid like previous rating. This daily pay switch thing seems like a scam or a needless hassle swishing I would have never switched now.

Why is this app not letting me login? I’ve tried my passcode and it kept saying it was wrong. I deleted the app reinstalled it again only to STILL have trouble getting it. It said my phone was a new device which it is not. And of course you can’t reach support even when you have an issue about your money because they are closed on the weekend. Go back to rapid pay card shiftkey.
