I just logged in earlier this week and note I’m informed I can’t log in with biometrics (Face ID). I had to figure out on my own that I was being forced to change my password. After I changed it, I could log in but I had to reenable Face ID.Regarding misinformation, at Walmart I scanned generic Mucinex (Equate Guaifenesin). It came up as “Item is eligible under your plan” paired with “This scanner cannot determine product eligibility at Walmart at this time.”. ( Two very conflicting statements as this is a product sold only at Walmart.)As one might have predicted, my purchase was declined. I had to drive to both CVS and Walgreen’s to purchase their equivalent products. That was because each store only had 1 box left.This has happened before with a different OTC product. Declined at Walmart, approved at CVS and Walgreen’s.These stores are not next door to each other. Please fix your system.Although not an app issue, it would be even better if Essence would authorize us to buy OTC products at Sam’s and/or Costco? Our Flex dollars would go further.

When you can login it works fine- unfortunately it is always a problem logging into the app. Great idea if they can get this issue resolved.

Has this app been hacked!! Why am I being forced to enter a new password, then send me in circles to my Passwords then to Google for it’s password etc etc. When I call tech support…where do you think my call is routed to….not this country!!

After the app forced me to change my password, it will not allow me to use Touch ID. When I try to set Touch ID up, the app just quits to the home screen.
