I’ve tried to log in multiple times. Not once has it worked. Now I have to get on the phone with a customer service rep. And they usually don’t help because they’re not given the correct information. This company is always making things more complicated than it needs to be…Edit: 1. Stop telling me “how to find my member ID” it’s right on the top of my documents and ID card. 2. I called and spoke with 3 people. I had to keep explaining how the app wasn’t working and they kept telling me to log in to my account. But I can’t. It doesn’t allow it. Everyone said they’d get it working soon and to expect a call back within 24-48 hours. Been over a week with NOTHING. Horrible app, horrible company, horrible service.Edit: I was finally able to log in. (With no help from anyone calling me back until 3 weeks after I got it working, myself) However, I have to do my 2FA every time and it does not save my name and password. At least use Face ID/Touch ID to retrieve the user name and password.. the old app works better for me, as of now (May 12th). Maybe they’ll take the time to get things working before forcing people to jump ship.

The old app works fine, at least by CareSource standards. This new one doesn’t transfer information properly, is a pain to log into (it doesn’t use Apple Face ID), and all sorts of other problems.It’s not even at Beta level yet. No way this should be forced on us.EDIT: the developer replied below admitting it is beta, if that. no idea why they can’t use the existing app until this app is ready. At least they could enable Face ID so we can login without having to go through our stored passwords.

So the old app is being replaced by this one. It would be better if this app was functional. User data isn’t transferred. Bill paying doesn’t work unless you follow a link in the text of some instructions. Once Bill paying is done you’re stuck on the instruction page with no navigation options to get back. Often the only option is to close and reopen the app. Can’t update my preferred provider. Not going to waste any more time with this app.

The only thing the app shows me is my card information, why make us switch to another app for way less info??This app is incredibly slow moving, so frustrating. It also won’t load any of my info. Just a white screen with the icons but nothing loads. I have to close and reopen the app to get things to load, if it decides to work. Please fix. This app needs to still be in beta testing for a while or something.
