App works with Apple Health to record your calories burned after a workout.
This app provides users with extensive features, including workouts, meal plans, and more, all of which require an active subscription. Users are required to make payments in order to have access to these exclusive features that are designed to enhance your fitness journey seamlessly.
Payments for access to the application will be auto-renewed if it is not turned off at least 24 hours before the current period. The account will be debited at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Users can manage subscriptions and disable auto-renewal in the app’s settings.
App provides diet plans which cannot be taken as a medical diagnosis. If you wish to get a medical diagnosis, please contact with your nearest medical center.

So far, things are going well. Overall, I enjoy the functionality of the app. I have two recommendations: first, allow the workouts to be cast from a mobile device or tablet to the television; second, improve the connectivity with the Apple Watch. At the start of a workout, my watch is connected; however, on a few occasions, it has disconnected. Additionally, I have experienced instances where my watch was connected to the app on my phone but not on my iPad.

Love the workouts, not the meal tracking

I love the workouts on this app. They are challenging and I like that. I can choose the time limit since I go before work. However, I do wish that if I do a single workout, it counts towards my workout streak.I think the meal tracking needs improvements. 90% of the things on the meal tracker are incorrect. And it doesn’t give you the option to add a food if it’s not available by the barcode scan. I wish I could connect this to the Carb Manager app because this app is exceptional in tracking your food! And you can add your own recipes. The meal plans on this app are nice, but there’s no option to increase to more than one serving and the recipes mention using a glass of this and a glass of that. I don’t quite understand what measurement that is using.

Thank you for your feedback 💛 Single workouts do count toward your streak 😊 The AI food tracking is new, and our team is continuously working on improving its accuracy. In the Meal Plan, portions are for one person since it’s your individual diet plan, but you can log a meal in the Daily Tracker and adjust ingredient amounts. Love it but needs some small features added

This is a great app! Love the workouts and the meal plans! However, it would be nice to be able to just stop a workout plan and take it off of the calendar without having to start a different one. Also, being able to restart a workout plan from the beginning if you don’t end up starting on the start date you originally put would be a great touch. Right now, it just puts you back on the day you were supposed to be on because it saves, but there is no restart option.

I recently signed up on a free trial and will be continuing with a paid subscription. Although I’m only at entry level, the workouts are intense and exactly what I was looking for. Similar to the first review, the only thing I would suggest is providing a way to reschedule your same workout to a different day if missed. But overall I’m very pleased and look forward to things only getting better with this app.
