Please put the cards with Chip now, they are extremely difficult to avoid many inconveniences, which are waiting. I have practically 6 years with you and in the time that I have always indicated to your clients that they are already in the process of including chip cards and nothing to do. That is why there are so many clients displeased with their services and the other Banks went through the extra mile ... Seeing is believing.

I opened a bank account with Oriental Bank less than a week ago and I already decided to close it. The app does not work. 75% of the time it says it can't verify credentials and you have to log in and verify via text message again. Face ID and passcode don't work at all. The app is super retro, incredibly slow and the UI couldn't be more terrible, and there's very little you can accomplish. The desktop site is not much better. I can't even log in because the only authentication method I get is a phone call which I rarely receive. My account was also locked by their fraud department and I had to wait on the phone for 3 hours on several occasions and they never picked up the phone. I was only able to unlock it because I called the regular customer service line and they emailed them, twice before they actually got around to unlocking the account. This is my experience the first 5 days of banking (or trying to) with Oriental Bank. Definitely not looking forward to any more of this.

It asks me to authenticate with name and password every time I access. I always check that It is not asking for an app update. However, it is annoying that after I have set it to register my face on the iPhone, it keeps asking for password and password authentication.

Can’t sign on

As of two days ago, something has happened with this app. I can’t sign on to my account, and service personnel tell me that security questions have to be answered correctly to avoid locking out account. Trouble is security questions don’t have meaningful resonance since they don’t pertain to me.
