I am representing a conversation that I had with your representative Lena. I am new to the program of we Govee and I’m 86 and I’m computer impaired I was very frustrated with trying to get all the sign ups I had to do to become a part of this program. Lena was compassionate. She was patient. She spent an hour and a half with me while I got everything connected and apply application done ready for the program I would’ve quit. I was so frustrated but Lena was very encouraging. She kept saying we’re not gonna quit. We’re not gonna stop. We’re gonna get this done and we can do it. I can’t tell you how impressive she was and how patient she was and what a good job she did. I’ve lived a long life and seen a lot of employees and she’s outstanding in my mind as far as commitment And caring about what she’s doing. She’s a real keeper thank you for hiring her and making her available to me because I will call her back when I get into a situation that I need Computer Help to get me through the program. My name is Libby Downey. I’m from Monterey California. I’ve been an elected official for 18 years so I’ve been around the block and communicated with lots of different people thank you for this opportunity.

I just wanted to say that Lena took her time to help me with getting my medication list corrected and the medication in the app correctly. I was having problems with the bedtime medication NOT staying there. I had made a couple of calls prior and the information was not told to me correctly and my bed medication was gone again. So today I called and Lena was awesome! We talked for almost an hour trying to put medications in the right way and then we tried SEVERAL TIMES to link and sync my blood pressure unit, it’s paired but wouldn’t sync!She(Lena) took her time, we tried everything from WiFi changing to different places in the app to sync the unit. She is extremely professional, kind, and helpful. The BP unit is not a 1700 and that’s why, I think it won’t sync. Thank you Lena for all your help, Tina Whitson

Helpful App. CVS only requires you to meet with your registered dietitian once a month and log in your weight once a week. This app helps me track my daily protein,carbohydrate, and fat intake. My only complaints are: 1) You can only track one activity per day. 2) This app lost my original weight information and I had to start my weight loss tracking again. This app would not allow me to go back to the original date. I had to start with the current date. All the other PERSONAL health information they want you to log into this app will remain only with my primary care physician of 20 years.

Frustrating - crashes all the time

I really have this app a chance, and when it worked the info was generally good. But that’s the trick: Most of the time it doesn’t work. Lately, it’s been crashing every time I open it, and that’s even after restarting my device. My coach has left me messages in the app (I see the notification banners), but when I go to read them, I get a “server error” message or just a blank white screen. It’s frustrating that I have no way to get in touch with my coach outside the app. I’ve been waiting online for is to meet for 15 min, and I can only assume that something came up for her. But I can’t know for sure, because I can’t text her or email her — I have to rely on an app that doesn’t load. It’s nuts that activity on this app is required by my insurance, yet it’s completely unusable!
