Sams club is not being to savy in thinking of increasing business I have a business membership paying over 100 a year and I have tried for 2 evenings to place a order to be shipped to me because my husband is dying on hospice but I have been unable to get it shipped to me so I have to make a 60 mile trip to and fro to pick up and struggle getting them in the house this is not what customers pay over 4 times what they initially started paying for a membership I was a business owner 43 years and you respect the people that brings you your revenue and paycheck. It doesn’t matter how large your facility is my theory is the bigger you are the harder you fall I can assure you ivwill not renew my membership I will share my business with Costco they still ship to your residence and I ordered dog pads last evening when I was trying to order what I’m ordering tonight and itvwas unavailable and Sam’s Club charged me 8.00 for shipping after paying over a 100 for membership. I’m sorry maybe you will find sone suckers but here is one youvwont receive business from once mine expires I would highly suggest someone in corporate to sit down and value the customers your paycheck comes from weigh it out if a 1000 people felt as I do and left plus their sales you will see a decline it’s not about Sam’s and the Walton’s it’s the one bringing you your check a word of advice from a old lady and prosperous in medical business sales 43 years. STOP AND THINK !!!!

I requested assistance from the Corporate Office and technical department of Sam’s Club. I did not receive any support whatsoever. I poked around my account today and found my old phone number was showing as well as an expired visa card; the one I’ve been using for my purchases. They both needed to be updated. That’s all that needed to be fixed. For the past week, I’ve been unable to place my order simply because of those items needed to be updated on my account. No one helped me fix it; I was unaware that it needed to be fixed. This is a shameful, disgraceful situation for the hellish ways I was treated, which caused me anger, deep grief and frustration for my not being able to place my order… All because of simple fixes that could’ve been done within two minutes, but no one from Sam’s Club cared to delve even into the obvious on my account, to fix the problem. I am still waiting for a substantial compensation from Sam’s Club, Corporate Office, for all that Sam’s Club put me through. The $20 gift card was sent to me by Michael Hiett, to find out if my payment would take using it, along with my credit card. After I made those simple changes on my account today, my credit card and the gift card took. Again, I am still waiting for the substantial compensation from Sam’s Club for all the horrible things that Sam’s Club unnecessarily put me through, which was absolutely no way to treat any customer… Ever!

I enjoy Sam’s Club in GC, KS . It has always been clean, well stocked and comfortable to shop in. I love that I can have things delivered now as my health is failing. It is a real “God send” to have these things delivered. It saves my energy. I am able to cook and do other necessary things instead of shopping and then having no energy afterward. I am always thankful that the delivery is fresh. No rotten fruit. No expired milk. I appreciate the way it’s packed in boxes. Nothing broken or leaking. It is a service I pray they always keep! I love the fresh fruit and vegetables at Sam’s Club Garden City. You can NOT find that anywhere else in town. I appreciate everyone! The ones who shop for me, the ones who scan and pack up my items and the drivers for getting me life sustaining items/food while I can no longer go do it myself. This service helps the ill, the elderly, busy single moms and large families alike. I love the size of this store. Larger cities where I am from, have bigger stores. It seems like I would walk miles trying to find everything. This store is perfect size! I just have nothing negative to say! Thank you to the Sam’s Club Team. You are appreciated. TRUELY! I hope your managers read this to you ALL. You make a big difference in peoples lives. You do not even know how much. It may just be a job to you, but it is a life saver for me! if the app developers fix the issue I will explain below, I will consider upgrading your rating to five stars. here it is, and it is one I am seeing with somewhat more frequency when using shopping apps with apples built-in voice over text to speech program. I can do just about everything I need to except the most important thing without assistance, pay for my items. there is no excuse for this. hey the app otherwise works very well, the search feature seems solid, scan and go seems to work quite well, and I can change my payment settings and order settings without too much trouble either. but, and this is a big one, when it is time to pay and finalize my order, the slide to pay function does not work with voiceover. I have to physically turn it off, have someone point out where the slide to pay icon is on the screen and either have them swipe it or help me swipe it. if you’re going to have an app that’s otherwise compatible with voiceover, why not make it 100% compatible? in an age where aesthetics to the eyes seem to be outweighing functionality as far as websites and apps go, don’t alienate any customers that use adaptive technology on iOS devices by neglecting to fix this issue please. I can guarantee you two things. I am going to be all over other app developers for the same issue going forward, and if you do fix this I will be happy to so long as you don’t screw up some other part of the app along the way upgrade your rating to five stars that is a promise.
