When it works it's pretty good

When it's working and real time locations are showing it's a very helpful app. However, frequently entire lines will lose tracking and show no real time schedules. I don't know if it's the infrastructure of the tracking systems or what. But it's impossible to navigate when this happens and you have to just show up at a stop hoping one arrives on schedule. Needs better support in these situations.

It’s extremely hot or miss whether or not the app is going to display the bus on the route properly. Half the time the “real-time” bus is literally not on the map, so you just have to guess if it’s actually coming. I’ve also had multiple times where real time estimate for arrival is 10 minutes out, and then the bus teleports and arrives the next minute. If I can’t trust the real time estimate may as well not put it there. To me it seems like this app has a serious problem with actually tracking the busses, either because the busses themselves have bad hardware, drivers aren’t sending updates, or connectivity issues. At the end of the day it’s not reliable which is a big problem

There will always be a delay from where a bus is located and where it's shown on the map. Usually, the delay is a few seconds, but it can get longer if the bus is in an area with minimal cellular coverage. We will pass along your comments to our IT Team for further investigation. Really needs an update

This app needs a update it must have a bug or something. Every time I open the app something I didn’t press pops up. And when I tap on a bus route it doesn’t pop up. I have a iPhone 14.

Doesn’t show delays

The app is very nice! It helps me to know when to start going to the bus stop but Only problem I have is it doesn’t show if a bus is delayed or not. It always lights green when the bus is on time or near but it never tells you if it’s late

You can now create and fund a virtual fare card inside the app to pay for your rides. The app will provide a QR code that can be scanned below the fare validator on METRO vehicles and rail platforms.
