Here’s a polished version that keeps it genuine and personal without sounding overly promotional:Zipline has been more than just a fast and convenient way for our family to get things we need or may have forgotten. Having Walmart+ and being able to get free drone delivery on an order just over $12 is honestly incredible. I’m not exactly sure how they’re able to make it work, but I’m very grateful they do.It has saved us a lot of time and helped us out in a pinch more than once. We only have one vehicle, so there have been times when I’ve been away at work and my wife has needed something quickly for the kids. Instead of trying to figure out transportation or waiting until I get home, we’ve been able to place an order and have it delivered right to the house.There have also been plenty of times when we simply forgot something or didn’t have time to make another trip to Walmart. Having Zipline available has made those situations so much easier.And as a bonus, our kids absolutely love it. Every time a drone comes to the house, everyone wants to go outside and watch it make the delivery. It’s still exciting every single time.Zipline has genuinely made life a little easier for our family, saved us time, and helped us when we’ve really needed it. We’re very thankful to have the service available in our area.I can also make this shorter and punchier for a Google, App Store, or Walmart review if you want.

Right now with gas it’s strangely more affordable to have a rotisserie chicken and Oreos delivered by flying 300 feet above me than to go grab them from the store myself. What a weird time we’re in. I appreciate having options though, because it’s the same price here as it is on the Walmart app, and so it’s the exact price of whatever I would go pickup from the store. If you want to deliver more than there is room for it in one order, you can make multiple orders at a time, which I have not done but find it funny to think about a line of drones coming in to deliver your groceries, haha. :) so far I’ve picked up jiffy honey cornbread mix, which I’ve found is awesome in a loaf pan at 16 minutes in the oven is like a cake, soo good, and some panko, Oreos, ketchup, and have yet to get anything frozen or refrigerated. So far it’s great. I like how little time it takes to get to me too. Efficient. :))

Not only is it incredibly cool to have a drone deliver your Walmart order right to your home, but the customer service from Zipline is just as impressive as the technology! There was a mistake with my order on Walmart’s end, not Zipline’s, and since I placed my order directly through Zipline, I reached out to their customer service team. They handled everything incredibly fast, got my correct order delivered, and made the entire process completely hassle-free. The drone delivery itself was awesome, but the way they handled an issue that wasn’t even their fault really impressed me. Amazing technology, excellent delivery service, and outstanding customer support. I honestly couldn’t ask for anything more. Zipline has definitely earned five stars from me!

I love this service and the convenience it provides, but I’m extremely frustrated with the way orders are handled within an hour of closing. Almost every time I place an order during that timeframe, it gets canceled with a notification saying the item is out of stock.The most recent time this happened, a friend of mine happened to be going to the store and checked for me. Not only was the item in stock, but there were plenty available. Thankfully, she was gracious enough to pick it up for me since my car is currently broken down.If you advertise that you are open and accepting orders until a certain time, customers should be able to expect their orders to be fulfilled during those advertised hours. If there is a cutoff time for orders, please clearly state it. Canceling orders and claiming items are out of stock when they are actually available is frustrating, misleading, and defeats the purpose of offering the service in the first place.
