My family and I have been a fan of lulu sins we moved to Texas and it’s one of my favorite brands. But a few weeks ago I bought a white skirt and it was suppose to come it one week ago and came in yesterday, so I wore it to school today and my friend noticed a BIG RIP in the back. So I took it to the store to see if I could get a new one, and then said that there was no proof that it was ripped when I ordered, but when my shirt got ripped I sent it to the same place and replaced it FOR FREE and I’ve had that shirt for two years. The lady told me that it was probably my fault and even if it was, she could’ve said it nicer. And also told me that next time I want to get free lulu, go to good will. Lululemon has been nothing but good till today. This lady needs to get fired , and if she wants to treat her costumers that lulu has had sins 2018, then say goodbye to the popularities, cuz this costumer services has never been this bad. Once again I like lululemon, but I’m never going back to that particular store EVER AGAIN!
