Barbara Ann H-L. I am most pleased at this App the information I need is available to you 24/7. How wonderful it is to be able to share my feelings about my Apple products any time of the day or night!!! Now if I have a problem it’s answered much more easily and the chat system is great. So many problems that are “working as designed”

Basically this is an amazing example of terrible UX, you can use this as an example when teaching college students what an example of backend UX looks like. ONE: If your internet connection cuts out (for instance if you are riding the subway), for some reason you are not allowed to continue typing — every other app just won’t send when there’s no connection but this app just refuses to let you finish the sentence you are currently typing. There is no reasonable excuse for this. TWO: if you are in a foreign country and you contact support, for some reason the AI thinks your location picks the language and not your Apple ID. Seriously just because I’m in France right now does not mean I am fluent in French. Who “designs” this nonsense??!? THREE: “We’ll send you notifications when messages are sent” ... this is mostly false. You probably will not get notifications and the representative on the chat will end the chat.

Payment system

Accidental purchase makes no sense my younger sibling hands me the phone with my Touch ID already up boom I buy a 7.99 +tax game so I go to cancel it cause I don’t have the money what’s the solution must pay the money before I can get a refund cause I didn’t have the money to buy it. Now tell me what sense does it make to charge me when there’s no money to be taken but yet still buys the game. If I go to a store buy something and I don’t have money what’s gonna happen they say sorry and put back the item and I go on my way. Apple support ? You don’t have money ? Well we’re gonna charge you so you have to pay it or else you can’t use your App Store or update anything till it’s paid well you don’t have the money ? Oh well what you gotta do is get the money then pay it and then POSSIBLY be accepted for a refund. WHAT ??? It makes no sense !!
