I depend on this in church to be able to hear. I have cochlear implants and this system allows me to hear clearly in church and it works great WHEN IT WORKS. It's a rather complex setup on my end to deal with the delay and echo caused. I have to turn off the microphones on my processor so I don't hear the sound in the room since this signal is delayed by almost half a second (about 470 ms last time i checked. might be slightly less now)I updated the OS on my phone last night and now this app stopped working. just no audio. I had to update it to get it to work. but it still disconnects sometimes. I do the livestreaming at church and having your audio suddently stop working is very annoying. either way it's a good system but it's not as solid as i would like

I was introduced to this app when I joined a new gym. I spend a lot of time on treadmills, and being able to watch TV and or listen to music means a lot! At my old gym the headphone jacks were always messing up and no one cared to fix them, and that’s one of the reasons why it’s my old gym. This app allows you to plug into your own phone…which is a terrific idea! And it’s very easy to maneuver from channel to channel. When I noticed an issue I’m one of the channels not coming in stereo, the staff was all over it and worked with the owner of the gym to get it fixed as quickly as possible. Great communication and great effort on their part! Thank you!

I purchased the FetchExpress for our church which seats about 250 people in a 450 sq ft sanctuary with very high ceilings. I did include a rep to be with me from the church Audio equipment company when doing the setup. He was helpful and very impressed with the simplicity and, most of all, the signal strength and quality. The system works flawlessly and is so easy to connect. If you are familiar with your smartphone you’ll have no problems. We will gather some used smartphones from the kitchen drawers to make available to those that need help.
