Bangor Mobile 4+

I became a Bangor customer over 10 years ago. When I moved to upstate New York, I kept banking with Bangor. Even when I had some issues, I was able to talk to someone at Bangor and get it corrected. 3 years ago, I moved to north east MA. I ended up opening accounts for my 11 y/o twins at Peoples United. Which became M&T. I opened an account with them, with the intention of making transfers to my daughters accounts. For almost 3 years I’ve had numerous problems with M&T. I couldn’t sort my accounts on their mobile app. Their system would go down on a regular basis. There were also numerous times where I had to go into a branch and spend HOURS, trying to correct a problem. My wife thought I was an idiot for continuing to bank with M&T.
A few months ago I opened accounts for my daughters at Bangor.
I was out of work for a few months. I recently returned & Friday, my first direct deposit is going BACK to Bangor.
On the very rare occasion, that I have to go to a branch. I’m going to GLADLY make the drive to Manchester NH. To handle my business there. I’m EXTREMELY satisfied with the service I receive at Bangor. I didn’t realize how GREAT Bangor was, until I banked elsewhere. Bangor Savings Bank is the BEST!!!

I've been using Bangor Savings Bank for nearly a decade and they are by far the best bank I have been able to find. The app is no different. Fast, easy, full of useful features (that work). I live in New Hampshire so I use the app as my local branch. I make deposits with ease, earn rewards, print out reports, and all ATM fees are reimbursed. I just can't say enough good things about Bangor Savings Bank and their app.

For nearly 50 years Bangor Savings has always served me well. When they acquired my account during a bank merger I wondered if things would change. As banking services change I was always pleased to stay a customer. I’m confident that our relationship will continue to grow in the coming years. Keep up the great work!
