I have been using this app for few years now and over the years the app has improved so much. I cannot emphasize enough how convenient it is to just open my app anywhere at any time to get access to my medical, dental etc plan. Having ability to upload your insurance card and be able to access it at the doctor office is so convenient. Love the app

Entering the DOB was awkward, until I discovered you have to select Reset to get the ability to scroll to the year needed. The screen would not rotate for me even though I do not have this function locked on my phone, so reading the info was not as easy as it could have been. After making all selections I was not able to print the summary pages from my phone, even though there is a print option (again, I don’t believe this is specific to my phone settings as I tried to resolve this to no avail). Lastly, I tried to complete the survey at the end to give this feedback (which they allow only 250 characters for!) and had the same experience that another reviewer expressed that it would not save. I expected better.

Why are you sending postcards in the mail about Beneficiary Selections? I did that when I retired. IT DID NOT CHANGE!!!! Now, you have no actual person with whom I can speak. There is no phone number or email. There is some website I am supposed to use. I go to manage benefits to check the beneficiaries. Evidently you have decided I have to enter them again even though they have NOT CHANGED! PROBLEM!!!!! I have one primary and FIVE SECONDARY BENEFICIARIES and the system you’ve set up allows ONLY 3 SECONDARY. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO???? CUT TWO OF MY CHILDREN OUT OF GETTING A SHARE OF THE INSURANCE IF I DIE????? AND I CANNOT EVEN GET BACK INTO THE SYSTEM TO TAKE OUT THE INFORMATION THAT IS INCORRECT. WHY CAN’T PEOPLE JUST THINK BEFORE PROGRAMMING SYSTEMS THAT DO NOT WORK FOR ALL SITUATIONS?

The app easily shows all the details about the employees benefits. It also provides a great tool for HR leaders so they don’t have to spend their time answering questions from their workforce. Everything you can do from the browser, you can do on the app, including full enrollment. A nice mobile feature is being able to submit family documents for life events. Overall great experience
