Love the app, but service not so hot!
I went in to place a to-go order. I was informed the servers weren’t working and people would have to order online. I did that. However, on a different note, what’s happened to the use of calculators? They’re available on all cell phones, and… everyone has one, especially the younger kids left to run the store! There were several people at this location at the same time I was. Some left! So, Five-Guys… that revenue went to your competitors! This is ridiculous on the management of that store!! Had I been the manager, I would have used a calculator to prevent folks from going elsewhere!
Great app, but what about my history?
I mostly love this app because it makes it extremely easy for me to quickly order what I want, from where I want, every time. That’s pretty much what I want in any app that helps me purchase things.
However, there is one confusing and annoying feature (or lack thereof) that has so much promise, but totally falls short of being useful. It’s the feature that allows you to see your historical orders, and repeat one of them, with one click. If I’m looking through several historical orders, the information is only useful to me if I can see the details, like which condiments were added to each burger. This feature is of no use to me if I can only see that I ordered one bacon cheeseburger, one cheeseburger, and one regular burger, but I can’t see which condiments were added to those burgers.
Please fix?
Huge security flaw
DO NOT SAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD IN THIS APP…. I have dozens of food apps and never had any issues until ……… A couple months ago my 5 guys login info got leaked and my account which had my Credit Card info saved to it ordered 10+ different orders from 10+ different locations in like 5 different states in a 30-45 min span. By the time I received the first email saying I ordered something and i logged in to see what was going on there had been a spam of 10 plus orders all over the country. By the time i found a number to call and notify corporate that there is an issue all the orders had been picked up and the suspects gone. 5 guys did offer to refund everything and cleared all charges. Every other app has security measures in place when I log in from a new phone, location or even if I log in after a while of no use . Then usually require a text message to confirm . DO NOT SAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD in this APP
