Great all around fitness app!

Easy to navigate and has lots of great fitness categories! You can easily access their most recently uploaded workout videos, search by "type of workout" (Hiit, cardio, bodyweight, etc), or search by which muscle group you'd like to work. Most workouts only require dumbbells and an exercise mat which you probably have at home, and there are hundreds of workouts to choose from. There's also a section in the App with diet programs and motivational quotes and images, as well as a place where they reward you little badges and points for workouts you have completed. I really like their workouts versus Fitness Blender because there is music in the background and coach Kozak and Claudia talk almost the entire time cheering you on and saying motivating things, which is what I need.

Best there is!

I love this couple, their dedication to fitness, this app, these workouts....everything! If I were to ever be a super fan of anything (which I am not predisposed to), it would be HASfit.

I have been using the app and following the Motive program since the beginning of March 2018, but I have been working out consistently with HASfit since mid January 2018. I’ve seen real results in how I look and feel. I am not someone who is very easily motivated to exercise. I’m short and small-ish, so it’s easy to hide unflattering body parts and feel like I don’t need to work out. BUT Coach Kozak & Claudia make me WANT to work out. I trust them, they talk and behave like experts who really care about their individual viewers’ overall wellness.

The app itself is easy to use. Great “anywhere, anytime” access to quality workouts.

Best workout app out there!

I will never pay for a gym membership again. I absolutely love this app. There is a workout video for every fitness level with endless types of exercise routines. The variety is what makes this app especially exceptional! It's very user friendly and keeps track of calories burned and achievement points which is a nice motivator. I have lost over 40lb using only hasfit! Thank you Coach!!! The only suggestion I have would be to create a way to keep track of or log the actual video routines done so I don't have to guess which ones I've completed already, especially if it's been a few days since my last workout. Thank you again hasfit for helping me achieve my weight loss and fitness goals!
