I see some people have some issues with the app, but they are mostly resolvable! Due to the pandemic, you can only order online for pickup/curbside delivery (or a 3rd party). When you place your order, I suggest waiting around 5-10 minutes before calling their pickup line — How else do they know you are outside waiting for your cakes? Obviously if your order is larger, I would give them a little bit more time for ASAP delivery. The safest bet is to place the order online for a specified time the day before or a couple of hours before just to make sure your order will be ready. The only problem with the app is the checkout button & sometimes the birthday rewards do not redeem. Guest services can help you then.

Their “rewards” program never shows how many free items you actually can redeem them for. They “points” expire periodically in a way that seems intentionally unclear so people won’t be able to use them in time. If you get an email with supposedly free cupcakes for your birthday, good luck actually redeeming those, especially with snippy unhelpful store employees.

Use to work. Can login on website, but not app. It’s been like this for months and the developers have yet to fix the most basic thing. I like to check their limited flavors often, but this app is now completely worthless.

Not well maintained.Reset password- app says no user exists.Create a new login and it won’t because despite choosing a store and birthday, the selections don’t “stick”. This is a UX fail with poor quality review.
