What I don’t understand is they give us this apps to download our hra documents then all of a sudden they call and say the documents are blurry. How can this be I’ve been using this app and the hra app to submit my documents for years and now all of a sudden their saying our documents are coming out blurry that we must go into the center to redownload them how can this be if that’s the case what’s the point of these app it’s just get frustrating because a few times my cases or grant has be denied due to them saying that they are blurry when I know Sam well I’m the one taking pictures of the documents and I know for a fact they are clear!! Someone please handle this issue it’s very very frustrating

Thank you! This application is literally a life saver. For people who don’t have a lot of time to turn in paperwork and also who don’t have a computer or laptop. This app makes everything so efficient and effective. HRA is the best and I'm very glad and impressed with the improvements and developments made for the Administration. Thank you Apple / Google as well!

This app only allows for pictures - apparently the developers have never heard of a computer, ipad or laptop, and they have never heard of a all in one printer. You will have to take a picture of every single document and then upload it to your HRA case (if you have several pieces of papers to upload you will have to make a movie). After speaking with an agent, the agent will tell you that they cannot see the pictures and that you will have to resubmit it again. If the app allowed for document scans, you would be able to scan the document and upload it to your HRA case.

This services has improved, wonderfully, it crops your document for you automatically it doesn’t give you issues if you take a picture and put it in and coming out to large to upload. Great job with fixing these issues that I know I had in the pass.
