I love this place! this is hands-down the most wonderful restaurant to eat at especially if you have a large family they have great family meals and excellent customer service they always take care of you the food is really fresh and it’s a great quality. they have the best chef around he always cooks the meats to perfection! I enjoy the good energy the entire team gives when my family comes in to eat. Thanks for always taking care of us ILia and chef!

It’s almost usable. And its got all the right ideas and look and feel.
But. You cant customize your order.
Or at least i cant.
For example. I always get a better beet bowl, no cold chicken. (Why is that even an option? Who orders that?)
And instead order the Chicken kabob with it.
However, you cant do that in the app - it will over charge you.
Ive also had many issues redeeming special offers with the app.
However, the California, La Canada, store employees are wonderful and have always honored the special offers, when i finally spoke up about it. They are the best out of all the different locations ive been to.
Im always left somewhat disappointed whenever I've gone to another location. Im not sure what exactly makes it so different from the others, except maybe genuine positivity in communication and customer service, maybe? I dont really know. Im just glad they are still open. I hope they never close.
Ill continue trying to use the app, but im not frustrating myself over it- i’ll just call it in for pick up...

I love using my LunaGrill app. It is so easy to navigate. I can easily scan the barcode and earn points. Redeeming points is easy. We eat here at least once a week so why not earn free food! I’ve ordered online and have not had any problems at all. My only suggestion would be a place where I can make a comment on a change to my order as we often replace bread/carbs for vegetables or a wrap with lettuce and that is difficult online.
