I love this place! this is hands-down the most wonderful restaurant to eat at especially if you have a large family they have great family meals and excellent customer service they always take care of you the food is really fresh and it’s a great quality. they have the best chef around he always cooks the meats to perfection! I enjoy the good energy the entire team gives when my family comes in to eat. Thanks for always taking care of us ILia and chef!

It’s almost usable. And its got all the right ideas and look and feel. But. You cant customize your order. Or at least i cant. For example. I always get a better beet bowl, no cold chicken. (Why is that even an option? Who orders that?) And instead order the Chicken kabob with it. However, you cant do that in the app - it will over charge you. Ive also had many issues redeeming special offers with the app. However, the California, La Canada, store employees are wonderful and have always honored the special offers, when i finally spoke up about it. They are the best out of all the different locations ive been to. Im always left somewhat disappointed whenever I've gone to another location. Im not sure what exactly makes it so different from the others, except maybe genuine positivity in communication and customer service, maybe? I dont really know. Im just glad they are still open. I hope they never close. Ill continue trying to use the app, but im not frustrating myself over it- i’ll just call it in for pick up...

I like to come here specially, on my birthday,With a small grandkids it’s hard to go and celebrate, too. A busy restaurant that you have to wait two hours to be seated.Luna Grill you walk in your order you relaxed, the best part is that the food is really good and healthy and the service is greatI was there on Saturday for my birthday. We brought our own pastries to sing happy birthday, and it was great manager made us feel that home,We come here once a month we invite and encourage your friends to try it🙏🏼

About all you can do with this is find a local restaurant and check your rewards balance. The menu functionality does not work and you can redeem your offers through it. Their mobile site is not much better but at least it works.Update:So while I was poking around I realized that you can redeem offers is you go into your account history (which makes no sense as the main screen gives you a redeem option-but only for points). And the menu works if you let it load. However there are no prices listed. Definitely could be a much better experience.
