Our food was delicious but the service could have been a lot better. We arrived at 5:45 on Monday April 25th to our local Red Lobster and we were seated immediately and our server approached us rather quickly. From then on is when the problems started. We asked for a second round of biscuits because we ordered at 5:55 and by 6:20 we were still waiting for salads. We finally got extra biscuits but was made to feel like it was against the law to give us more. We even offered to pay for them. When salads finally came out at 6:30 our meals came out 5 minutes after that. We were celebrating my father’s 87th birthday and by the time we finished eating we ended up taking his cake home because he was tired and wears out rather quickly. I will go back because I love Red Lobster and hopefully I’ll have a much better experience next time.Lobster Lover, Kat

Never had a problem until the recent crab fest promotion. I was in my local Red Lobster on Saturday, July 6, and when I tried to login, I was jerked around and take it in circles! Ultimately ended up getting locked out of my account! By the way, my server in the restaurant that day said that the same issue has happened to other customers since this crab fest started. I reached out to Red Lobster Customer relations who gave me instructions to uninstall and reinstall the app (yada, yada, yada) and then request the link to reset my password which I did. STILL GOT JERKED AROUND IN CIRCLES! I still cannot access my account if my life depended on it! At this point, I am totally convinced I could walk into Fort Knox wearing a clown suit easier! Whoever designed their app was apparently having a hold my crack pipe and beer moment when doing so! I have been a loyal Red Lobster Customer for over 30 years, soon to be ex-customer! I reached out to the customer relations team for what it’s worth once again to explain the situation and told them if someone doesn’t contact me, I’m going to spread the word all over social media regarding my experience, and go up to their CEO! I’ve had enough! Respect is earned, it’s not given! And at this point, I have lost all respect for Red Lobster! And judging by some of the other reviews, it looks like I’m not the only one who has been jerked around and taken in circles. BEYOND DISGUSTED NOW!!!😡😡😡😡

Waitress was great. I ask for extra sauce and it came out drier than normal. My husband has the same dish every time Then the manager tried act like when they cook it , it gets asorbed. Thus the reason for asking for extra sauce / juice. She told the waitress the extra juice was at the bottom of the bowl. The bowl was dry. Was not impressed with the manager. She made them make up some more sauce. When it came he had already eaten what he could. Thank goodness he tried the sauce before pouring it on his food. I also tasted it. Was the nastiest sauce we had ever had. So damned if you or damned if you don’t. So do you complain and get crap or do you eat it not the way you wanted it. And for the price they charge was not worth it because he didn’t eat it hardly any of it. We did give the waitress a great tip because she was nicer and more considerate than the manager

I never had problem with Red Lobster Rewards program until my last visit at Red Lobster. Upon logging into my app for my rewards, the app did not recognize me and after trying 3 times I was blocked from their website. I spoke to my server, showed her what had happened and unfortunately she was new and could not help me. When asking to speak to the manager, I was told he was too busy. Needless to say I was not happy. The restaurant was NOT busy and more than half the restaurant was empty.I called corporate and explained the entire situation. To this day I still cannot log into my account and I said l, no more with Red Lobster. They are not what they use to be and their rewards program doesn’t work for me.
