I would love to be able to check on my loan quickly through the app, but it keeps stating that I do not have an account with my email. I even opened it through my web browser and copied my email from their website and it still said I don’t have an account. This app is a waste of time.

The app just doesn’t work. I’ve gone on the website to make a payment for my loan but it doesn’t work. So I copied my email and tried using the app but it doesn’t recognize it. Thanks for making it so hard for me to give you my money.
