Allstate identity protection is always on alert every time there’s an account opened or something noted on my credit report. I get notified immediately. I’ve had other services before, and they just don’t compare to the service of Allstate.

I wish with the robocall feature it had the ability to be set up for both phone lines on my phone instead of just a single line. Once the feature is built in to cover both phone lines I will update the star rating and the review accordingly…overall it’s a great product for the price!!!As for its password manager I would love an import option to import all my passwords from keychain and Google Chrome password management systems and also have the ability to integrate the authentication codes into this app as well.

Compared to the competitors, it’s so much more behind. For a new account, there’s no way to generate a password when creating new accounts without going directly to the AIP App. You have to leave the app, then re MFA authenticate for some reason, then you can add a new account. But what’s the URL, well you’ll just have to guess and manually type it in. It’s just a bad system. Also it asks me to MFA when it should just ask for the master PW. Like why is it asking for me to log into AIP. And how would I know my AIP password without the PW manager? You should only need a master password, not the AIP password. 😞🤬

I get an email and a text message that 1 new item has been flagged. I open the app instead of clicking the links in the email incase it’s a spoof email and nothing no red dots no notifications no nothing so I decided to click on the email to find out what the new flagged item is and it takes me to the website logon screen….I’m already logged into the app….. why wouldn’t it take me to the app where I’m already logged in….It just seems poor integration ….
