New update is better. Haven’t had a lot of time to look at it yet but had to come here to ask that you please remove the side “need help” floating button. It’s definitely blocking text on the screen which requires scrolling to see it. Annoying. How does that get missed?The more I look at it the more I’m hating it. The text is really way to small and that horrible floating “need help” button is just in the way and so distracting. Feel like this was on the right track but then just took a wrong turn.

Accounts at a Glance not accurate showing linked/user supplied accounts. Why even have Accounts at a Glance when there are so many other account options to display? I do not have a Stifel Bank account but I have multiple Investment accounts. I Cannot hide non existent 0 balance bank account line. Slow to load. Too many drop down/top and bottom menu options that are duplicative and not intuitive. Linked accounts are not updating with current balances even though showing that they are synced. Needs to be simplified, with more user ability to hide/customize account display options.

The idea to have all of your assets and liabilities displayed in one app is great. Unfortunately, outside accounts do not sync properly, and secondary authentication for outside accounts only works some of the time. When importing multiple accounts from one bank, one has the option to suppress some of them in the net worth statement. This option is not available for accounts coming from within Stifel - unless an account is manually unchecked every time. Secondary authentication dings to my cell phone every night - for this app trying to update info. Manual Assets do not allow to enter annual depreciation (car) or appreciation (real estate). With several other issues, it is just too frustrating to use this app!

Used to be able to link outside accounts, but now it won’t allow. Got lucky once when a pop up warning said it wasn’t working properly and provided a phone number to support. Other than that, good look finding a support contact. Called support and lady had me delete the outside account and re-link. Now it won’t recognize it at all. Support said they would make a ticket to have it worked on. Never heard back from them. This is a poorly made app that is awkwardly laid out and does not properly function, as well as MIA support. I have used other major financial apps and they are way better than this one. I do not recommend this app at all.
