This app has never let me down, it came with our car when we bought it, I don’t drive but my wife does, so if she is late getting home, or I am expecting her and she doesn’t show up, I can see exactly where she is by looking at LoJack, I trust my wife, but this day in age, if something happens and she gets in trouble, or is in danger, has an accident, etc, I can find her fairly quickly, had it on my nieces new car as well because her ex was being a douche threatening her, she had an accident and totaled her car with a 3 year old in it, I was able to locate them and get to the scene immediately, LoJack is for more than just finding your stolen vehicle, etc, it can also be a life saver, and in 2021, we need all the help we can get. Thanks LoJackPs, this is a real review by a real customer, I have never even ever been in touch with LoJack in no way shape or form except for using their app and program

my car was stolen from a gas station yesterday around 6:10pm & i used this app like i was the cops to track my car down lol.. im young and i work really hard for my money while doing it all alone. yeah the police found it beat up & completely dirty BUT it was really the tracker that led me to it. i appreciate this app because my car probably would’ve never been found how most are in my city.. it’s unfortunate that this happened to me of all people but very much lesson learned to watch my surroundings & move slowly. i just thank God the damage wasn’t too bad & these lil fools didn’t hurt anybody. the only feedback i do have is that the app is a little slow but it works… thank you again LOjackGo 💞🥹

My car got stolen a day ago which was a Saturday night. The hotline forward ls all your emergency calls to a email. The email states that you will be contacted with in 24-48 hours later! Why?? Why isn't there 24hours assistance. God forbid your vehicle gets stolen outside of the 9-5pm work week. I sent my email Saturday night @ 8pm, got a response at 6am, responded by 6:20, got another response by 7:15 telling me to make an account. I already have an account, so I respond. Nothing until 10:50 when I email them that I haven't gotten a response. I finally get another reply at 2:08 pm telling me that I do in fact have an account and it is " active and the device is currently locating on there end" then he tell me to delete my app & restart my phone. SEND ME THE LOCATION OF MY VEHICLE ! I do not understand why we are paying for this service if they can provide the information in a timely matter. Why isn't someone calling me to resolve this issue. Save your money and pay extra with your insurance.

Today, Vince went above and beyond to help us locate and re-access our account. Given that we took some time to find the information that he needed to verify our identities, he was calm, patient and attentive to our request. This our first time having to reach out to customer service in the two years of having this service. Thank you Vince again for the positive experience! Although we hope that we will not have to call in again however, we do know that with your professional attitude and guidance, we can hope that if that day comes, the next agent will be as kind sand sincere as you!
