Westlake portfolio has made it real simple for me to pay and manage my auto loan. I love the fact that I do not have to go to a website. I can just open the app and take care of business.

We are been charged fees something we didn’t do; My payments are always do after I get paid now they are charging me late fees: This company has no idea what they are doing to us we didn’t ask for this is just happening out of no where: We’re been punished for something we didn’t even know about something has to give this is not going to work: I’m about to take legal action I need answers because something is not right with this picture: In closing you’re better get it together because at the end it’s not going to be good some changes need to be made ASAP: This is not good customer service at all:

They keep calling even when is not the payment date annoying company calling like 6 time on the payment due day.

These people running the company is inhuman, they are rude, de respectful and much more... if I there was a zero start I will gladly rate them with. They ripped client make you pay more on your finance car than anything, when you make your monthly payment they put all the money toward the interest instead of putting toward the principal or slips the money on both parties. They are just using people to fulfill to need and have a lavish life. Nobody has anything good to say about this Fake company. 😡
