The barcode refreshing every 60 seconds makes me feel confident that the club is staying ahead on safety and security, protecting its members. Managing shared memberships is so simple—I can easily add or remove members with just a few taps. I also really appreciate how easy it is to ask questions and get quick, real responses from an actual person, not a bot. The app has made everything so seamless and convenient!

The Connect app makes it simple to manage your membership — from adding or removing people, to making payments, tracking your charges, and finding answers to your questions. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, you can easily submit a question right through the app, and someone from your club will get back to you with the answer.

The app has streamlined the gym check-in process for me. I love being able to quickly scan in without fuss. Additionally I can book whatever I like with convenience, and it’s super easy to pay down my account in the app as well. The refresh looks a lot better!
