Hasn’t worked in 2 years

I have been a member of the fitness program for a few years now. Changed the insurance one time to a higher deductible same BCBS insurance. Won’t allow access. Program still works. Changed back to original program still doesn’t work. It’s been over 2 years now and I still have to call the phone number to find a gym near me instead of just using the app. The app is complete garbage.

It’s okay, but needs serious fixing. Just go in to safari instead.

When I first got the app and used the benefits for it, it was fine for two days. The only gym I’ve gone so far is Planet Fitness. Another two days without using the app (because life decided to keep me more busy) I was planning on heading LA fitness that’s closer to home and check if they approve this. I tried to log in countless of times of this app and unfortunately it’s was getting useless. The only thing I can do is to log in from Safari- it’s pretty much similar what the app had. Hey, at least it work and as long as it works. That’s my honest opinion. Please have this app fixed.

At first, there were no issues and everything worked just fine. However, the past couple of weeks, it wouldn’t allow me to login, and therefore, I’m unable to use the check in feature. I have no issues logging into the website but there isn’t a check in feature or at least I couldn’t find one. I’ve emailed twice to support and yet nothing.

App is terrible. You need to log in every time you open the app and after a couple weeks, the app was not able to log in at all. I can log in on the computer but I cannot check in to the gyms that I go to. Every time I log in on the app, I get an error message saying that something has gone wrong. I’ve tried redownloading it but it still fails to log in.
