The app is very easy to use and will use it again. The only issue with the app was I never received a ready for pick up until I got there paid and left. also, people were parking in the takeout only spots that we’re not there for takeout,making it difficult to find a parking spot. Also be sure to check your order I ordered prime rib with au ju which I did not get.

I don’t know why Flanigans has takeout. Every time we order out, the food is far inferior to eating at the restaurant. Even the rocking ribs were not good. Takeout seems to be a big part of their business. You would think it would at least have some sort of dedication to it. I waited 15 minutes beyond “your food is ready” time and finally, after I spoke up, somebody said they would look into it. Just bad news. Management should try ordering anonymously and see what they get.

Placed my order on the app and found just one Joes to Go spot open…. The place was so packed people were parking in the to go spots and not leaving them open for folks like me. Lol. All good though. I forgot just how good the ribs and wings are. Holy moly!!! DELICIOUS!!! Hands down, in our area, Flanigans is the best! I highly recommend it. Just don’t park in the to go spots unless you are picking it up. 🤣😂🤣 AMAZINGLY YUMMMY!!

I am told 30-40 min wait. But in waitlist, 30 min comes and i ask where i am on list told 10 minutes more. The receptionist comes out and offers two high tops open to people that just came. So i say what about me and she says well they said they would take hightop u want a booth. Never said i wanted booth. Then all of a sudden we are seated. Now we wait for waitress 15 minutes. She comes and says she was slammed. This place has gone down hill. Service slow. time to find a new place to eat at.
