a good start, it could be better

This is much better than filling out pieces of paper to submit for each ride provided. that being said, I do have a few programming suggestions:1) use notifications badges. if I am not with my phone when the alert comes in, I will never know there is a job waiting for me to approve.2) allow for custom tones. the iPhone version plays the default alert tone. without badges, there is no way to identify that tone as being meaningful.3) make it CarPlay compatible.

I’m not sure if the people that developed this app know their business. I’m not sure they’ve ever been in a car before. Every action in the app has a 3 second timer and there are a dozen steps to every task so simple things take far longer than necessary. Heads up to drivers being asked to use this software: there is no tipping function built into the app. I’ll say that again: somebody built a car service app but didn’t consider how drivers would be tipped. Folks I wish I was making this up. Also random items that will be missing from the bill, so you’ll need to know the total in your head when you ring your passenger up or you’ll have no idea what to charge. If you’re being asked to use this software: run!!!!
