This app is terrible. Nothing but bad experiences. When I first moved in to my apartment I got my account set up, but it didnt work to open doors properly with the reader feature, I could only tap doors listed in the app to manually open them. I deleted the app, the apartment deleted my credentials and we got set up from the ground up all over again. The mobile reader feature worked well for a few weeks, but then a few days ago it randomly stopped working even though my bluetooth was on and I was connected to the internet. The only thing that worked was tapping doors in the app to open them, which is a major pain since my apartment has 3 buildings with like 100 pdk doors listed. I closed the app and reopened it, restarted my phone, and nothing worked until I deleted the app, redownloaded it and signed in all over again. Doing this took away all the options to manually open doors by tapping them in the app(the door options literally just werent there), but I could at least use the mobile reader to get in after troubleshooting for like 5 mins outside in 105 degree heatToday it happened again, the mobile reader stopped working and any time I tried to tap a door in the app(the door options randomly reappeared I guess) it told me I wasnt connected to the internet(I was). I restarted my phone, deleted and redownloaded the app, signed in all over again and the same issue was still happening. Nothing worked, I wasnt able to get into the building whatsoever. I ended up having to walk around my building until I found someone who also lived there and let me in. He told me that he hated the pdk app too since the night before he couldnt let his girlfriend in with remote entry, but his mobile reader ay least worked. Its honestly scary knowing that I wouldnt be able to get to my apartment if my phone were dead or if the app randomly decided to act up like this. This app has been a terrible experience so far and Ive only had it for a month. Im hoping my apartment lets sets up traditional key fobs cause this app is a nightmare

This is the worst app I’ve ever come across. It’s so terrible it forced me to write my first ever review. How do you make an app that only allows you to access doors on ONE device? Half the time it doesn’t work and it’s so inconvenient. If you want to switch devices because again, only ONE device is allowed at a time, it blocks you because you’ve been resetting “too much”. I don’t know how it’s possible to create an app with 1.7 stars, but you guys managed to do it. To the developers: please consider deleting this app immediately. It doesn’t even deserve to be on the App Store.

The PDK Access App can be used by multiple people, but since it's a security app provided by an organization, the organization must invite additional users or grant access to a different device. This is probably the worst app and support team on this App Store, since moving into our apartment, we’ve been deleted from the apps system or database everyday. We’ve had to go down to the office to get added back every single day. As my husband works overnight, having access the night before and then being deleted in the morning has been beyond frustrating. Fix your app and stop deleting people.

My work company started using this I believe to track or location and or to see when we legs why building proximity but the app and network is terrible needing you to be close to the door and needing to wait for the app to work so you can enter along with that my app hasn’t been working the last week so shoutout 3rd shift for leaving the door open
