Can't ID plants but is endless source of amusement

Image a plant identification program that can't ID a red rose. Then imagine standing in front of your lemon, lime, or orange trees - a test of a known quantity - but similarly, it can't make the correct ID. ID a carrot, celery, squash plant? Not a chance. While waiting in a big box home improvement store, I found my way into the plant & garden center & scanned 25-30 identified plant. Not one single correct ID. Read that again before purchasing this app: Not one single correct ID. While you're focused on the plant, 3-4 boxes open and estimate the percentage of accuracy in the apps "intuition" & even these estimates are so dissimilar it is funny - funny if you didn't actually pay for this app. A beautiful rich green leaf with deep red veins is estimated to be a spectacularly ugly weed - bearing no similarity with the plant in my yard. Have you been reading about "machine learning, "algorithmic reasoning," and Artificial intelligence? This developer most certainly has not.
