Better than the last app, but...
I’m getting less impressed with the admin side of this company. Where a card is used for rent payment it’s an $8 service fee, no amount min or max. $8! That and the property parking doesn’t come with the apartment in a location where everyone has at least one vehicle, and that money is not spent on security! I get COVID, but I haven’t seen a security vehicle in months. MONTHS!!
All everyone gets is emails about this and that (don’t do this and that, this and that is happening), hard to get anyone on the phone but you might get someone to answer texts a day later when it really counts. A millennial’s dream job? Hard as hell to manage, contactless at its finest.
I’ll just leave it there...
I can’t access to the portal
Can soneone help me please? Everything was working fine but 4 days ago I was logged out from my account for no reason, so now I’ve been trying to access again and I can’t.. there’s no error message, idk how to explain it but the app does literally nothing when I push the bottom log in!
I tried to log in the website and nothing, I updated the app and nothing 🤷🏻♀️, I change my password and nothing
Does not work
The login that I use for the main web portal does not work on this app. I tried creating a new account with the same email I used for the web portal, and it displays information for an apartment that I lived in years ago, telling me that I should “cancel signing up” and contact someone to fix - So to the dev team, can you please fix this? Not just for me, but for all users with this issue. Seems to be that there wasn’t a proper migration plan in place. I don’t need any accounts merged, I just need to be able to log in with the same credentials I use for the web portal.
With that said, I’m actually looking forward to this app once I’m able to use it! (Hoping before they shut down the web portal in 3 weeks, just received notice of that today).

The login that you use for ActiveBuilding will not work on this app. I would be happy to ensure that your account is linked to the correct apartment.
