Just wanted to give credit where credit is due in this case to my agent Basit Majid of Bartlett Illinois who provided me with the best service of my life when it comes to insurance coverage. Beyond all expectations, professional, knowledgeable he literally tailored policies to my needs and likings, several times over until we found what I wanted. He’s a perfect example of what an insurance agent should be. I’m looking forward working with him in the future. Huge asset to your company. Thank you again for all your help Basit.

The app is fine for what it is but why isn’t there support to add the Auto ID Cards to the Apple Wallet? If I ever need access to the insurance cards, I don’t want to have to go rooting around in the app to find them when I can just double click on the button on the side and have it pop right up in the Apple Wallet. This is something that every company that has a “card” for their service should include in their app. If all I wanted was the ability to go into a menu list of places to find information, I can do that by going to the regular website using a browser. Come on Erie, let’s get this feature added.

This is fine for a basic app to access my policies. However my primary reason for downloading the app was to get a copy of my insurance card to save on my phone. Unfortunately this developer chooses a PDF format that can’t be saved as a photograph and can’t be added to apple wallet. my old insurance company had the ability to save my insurance cards to my Apple wallet. That allowed me to access them 24/7 without any Internet connections at all. unfortunately I have to log into the app pick the ID card select the vehicle get the ID and view the PDF all within the app. This is incredibly cumbersome. How disappointing in 2022!

Being able to make a payment, having ID cards that you can print/text/email, seeing your coverage Dec pages, checking your claim status, your payment history and future payments are all wonderful! Only thing better would be able to submit a claim with photos thru the app. Please offer that. Also having a live chat option while in the app.
