I’ve been with Mercury for my home and I had 21st Century however the latter insurance company decided to switch me to an insurance that I’ve never heard about called Toggle or Turtle 🐢 I would call it. I didn’t know I didn’t have coverage until I submitted my payment and it was send back in a check form. I checked and sure 21 dropped me. So I I went to Mercury insurance and within 15 minutes I was able to get my insurance and be covered. I found Mercury’s insurance company service competent and in tune with customer needs. I would recommend Mercury Insurance to anyone. Thanks Rolando

The app, while it didn’t used to work for payments, is very convenient and I have been able to make payments through the app for about the last year. I would recommend mercury to anyone looking for a new car insurance, and I do recommend them often.

When I first signed up with Mercury I was shocked!!! Your website and app were terrible. I thought Mercury hired a kid to prepare the website. Who ever your hired to improve your site and app deserves a reward. Your customer service department has always been fantastic but now your tech department is at a higher level as well. Much Better! Who ever your hired to improve your site and app deserves a reward. Your customer service department has always been fantastic but now your tech department is at a higher level as well. Much Better!
