PDQ Fresh Food 4+

All the staff are extremely nice. Very polite and well mannered. Each time I go they are so prompt & respectful. The food is so hot and fresh! I cannot get my food like this anywhere else sadly. This is my go-to spot when I’m in Marlton. The icing on the cake is how they offer you a box and bag to take your food home in when you’re finished eating in. They also say goodbye to you and use your name when saying goodbye. I can’t find service like this anywhere else. Things went downhill after Covid but this is one of the rare places that still has excellent work ethic and respect. I notice the team ask work together so well and quickly. I was about to sit in an extremely clean place that was quiet and relaxed. I’ll continue to give this PDQ my business!

Someone named Chris was the best employee/manager at the PdQ store in cary. I accidentally placed an order through the app that ended up in FL store. Chris was kind enough to walk me through getting a refund back for the wrong order AND hooked me up with another order for free!!! Kind, excellent, wonderful, above and beyond customer service are few words I’d use to describe this place and the young man for today’s experience.

Today I order curbside and I see that my order was completed but no one brought the food out. I called and they said it would be out shortly. When the nice employee arrived with the food, she explained that I should have received an email to report that I arrived and that the checkin button on the app was for when your in line to pickup the order. What the heck? Why is this SOOO confusing and why didn’t the app tell me to check my email to report my arrival? Also, it would be great to explain the difference between curbside and pickup because it’s not obvious. The app shouldn’t be this hard to use. Please make everything available in the app and please fix it ASAP. I hate to say this but you might want to get some ideas from the chick-fil-a app. That app was a breeze to use and self explanatory but I like your chicken better.
