Diamond art club is unlike any other diamond art shop. They are by far the very best in diamond paintings period. I buy from other places yes, as does every diamond art painter; sometimes I find something I like elsewhere, and the deciding factor sometimes is the way some other company sells and makes things easier pre kitting is the biggie, however sometimes I miss the part of the craft of actually kitting them up. I really find in comparison to the quality of any other diamond art store when I’m disappointed with the quality of the others say, in comparison with your favorite book ever, to one that’s good in the same genre as your favorite but will never be that one. That’s how I feel about diamond art club rarely have I even opened up a DAC box & been disappointed 😢 actually I never have been disappointed with them, the only disappointment when I receive mine, is that there aren’t more Diamond Art Club on the way!

Started my 2nd diamond art from you. It's square beads and I was nervous but it's turning out beautifully!! I have so many more I will be purchasing in the near future! Love this club! Pics attached : left Pic bottom row done. Middle Pic is finished Pic and 3rd Pic is half done. Took me 3 1/2 months as the biggest I've done and 2nd time doing square diamonds. I'm on to another with square diamonds and moving much faster than this picture and the current Pic is 89 by 70 cm where betrayal was 70 by 70 cm! DAC is addicting and I keep going bigger paintings each time to push myself! The 'Artemisa" DP is next at 56 by 104cm!! With 91,286 beads. Will keep buying from you. Your canvases are 100% better than any other site I've tried. Clear symbols and super shiny beads! Your rewards program is awesome too!

I want to like the app, but like the website itself, it is slow to load everything. Also, I don’t know if the website works the same as the app, but in the app, you CANNOT both sort AND filter. If you filter the list of items, and then try to sort those filtered results, your filter is removed. If you sort the items, then try to filter the sorted list, the sorting is undone. Literally just about every other shopping website on the internet allows you to apply BOTH sorting AND filtering to their merchandise listing, which is EXTREMELY handy. Why is this not true of Diamond Art Club? Even tiny “mom and pop” stores allow this functionality, and Diamond Art Club is MUCH larger than a mom-and-pop shop. I’ve been going to craft stores in person to get my kits instead, since search functionality is so…underwhelming, and the majority of the time, those kits are NOT from Diamond Art Club. So this crappy app is literally losing them potential business from at least THIS user!

I love having the app to see new pictures I can eventually buy, but the app doesn’t work to good. It’s basically just a shortcut to the website, so it might be partly because of parental settings in my device, but that’s an allowed website. It shows the pictures, but not the description or other buttons that should be available, like the button to order stuff. It’s just blank. If this is fixed, I can leave a better review, but I’m not sure it can be for my device. This issue made it so that I couldn’t order a picture I’d been wanting but was out of stock, and I wanted to be notified when it was back. I never got notified when it was, so when I checked and saw that it was I went to order it, first on my phone app and then on the website on a different device. By the time I got to the website it was back out of stock. That was about 1-2 months ago and it hasn’t been back in stock since. Very disappointed
