Foremost makes is very easy to get insurance quick and at a great rate. I checked with some other companies and their rates were insane compared with foremost for the same coverage. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs insurance and rides motorcycles.

Beware MetLife policy holders

My auto policy was first with MetLife, then Farmers took it over. In a short period of time, my policy moved over from the MetLife app to the Foremost app. I needed roadside assistance recently, and called the 800 number on the app. Irritatingly, Foremost said they could not find my policy on their system! After an hour of being on the phone, and a lot of arguing with them, I finally got the roadside assistance I needed. When I got home, I contacted my agent, who told me I still have MetLife, even though it has been absorbed into Farmers, which is managed by Foremost. She gave a different 800 number to call for roadside assistance. Long story short, if I need roadside assistance, I cannot use the 800 number provided in the app. So, this app is only good for looking at my policy. If you had a MetLife policy that switched to Farmers/Foremost., beware if you need roadside assistance!

What’s the point of having an app to pay your bill, and you can’t even pay your bill. Every time I try, even with all the updates, it tells me there are technical difficulties. I can’t even pay from the app, it forces you over to a second login screen, that isn’t even part of the app. I should be able to pay in the app. Something needs to be fixed. I’m still having to go to the website, just to pay my bill. Only thing good about this, is I can access the policy.

Added a vehicle over the phone

Customer rep was very professional and she helped me add a new vehicle over the phone. All I needed was the vin. I am very satisfied with Foremost’s insurance. Other companies raise prices not Foremost. Very reasonable. Thanks I am definitely happy to have you as my insurance company.
