I was skeptical about the whole thing at 1st based on the fact that it seemed to be to smooth of a process. But it was the truth I’m glad to know that when I have a question of concern (like I did while signing up an shortly after ) there’s people that are friendly interested an intelligent on the other end of the phone ready to take of everything. Thanks again, to the man who signed me up a customer service reps!

The person who sold this insurance to me, Lauren Bailey, said I would be paid 50% of my preexisting surgery (DNC) and now when I call, I am put on hold for almost 30 mins and when I do get a hold of someone, she says if we get any money back. Very discouraging. I am at a loss. Also, when I do talk to one of the reps, she said she would call me back in fifteen. She even set her alarm. She never called. When I called back, besides kids yelling in the background she said that we missed them cause they are closed now. If she would have called back, that would not of happened. I am super confused how this works. I can’t believe she talked me into life insurance. This is something I really can’t afford. I’m super unhappy and don’t feel insured at all.

The website and app only want to show you what they want to show you. If you call doctors around your area, instead of following this app/websit recommendation, you’d have a better chance of finding an actual doctor. The coverage is great. The app/help is awful. They only show urgent cares in market. It’s easier to call around and ask. The app literally makes me want to crawl out of my own skin. It’s 2024, pls fix it. There’s not reason this app shld be so stressful.
