On Bike Share is used to access the bicycles at your property or campus. Use this App to register for your bike share system and unlock the bikes from the docking rack. All riders will need to accept a waiver and, if required, provide a credit card.

This app was so complicated that it took me 8 minutes to rent a bike. I rented two bikes, the first one took so long I lost count of the minutes because the app decided my card doesn't exist, and then I tried to rent another hike but the app was so bad and so laggy that it took my friend 8 minutes to get to the rental process, and then his phone died because it took so long, so the only way we got the bike was because a kind hearted stranger paid for us on her phone, but she had app troubles too. Genuinely from the Bottom of my heart, this was the worst spp experience of my life. Wish i could rate zero starts, developers, please delete your app and let rental people use something else. I hate all of you

Hi Logan, Sorry to hear you had this experience while trying to rent a bike. If you can tell us which system you were trying to rent a bike from, we can contact the operator of that system for you to see if they can do some testing. Also note that the App is fast and reliable when using using cellular service. When using wifi, which is not as fast or secure, response times and transactions are much slower. Since our platform handles thousands of bike rentals every day at hundreds of systems across the US, your experience is very unusual, and disappointing. We hope that if you try the system again, that you use the help button in the app to contact the company that operates that system so they can try to assist you.

This was the worst app encounter I have ever had, its worse than having a lot of adds on a game! When we were trying to get the bikes, the app was so laggy and would barely even work. It would not even let us type, then when we finally got to the map to find the bike, it wouldn’t send the email to get the bikes. I would definitely give it 0 stars if that was an option! SO BUNS!!!!
