This app was doing great, at first. Then, it stopped syncing accurately with my meter. Then, it simply stopped connecting! I keep getting an error message which states “There appears to be a problem with your internet. Please check your connection and try again.” There’s absolutely No Reason why this app shouldn’t connect as it always had before. Now, all I have to tell me anything is through the meter,itself. I know you’ve been made aware of recent issues with the app. So, please advise. Thanks!

A big technical issue is that the app doesn’t work if your phone is in low power mode. The problem with the entire program is that they won’t stop calling you. You have to wear a meter at all times and it’s clear the technology is lackluster. They also don’t understand boundaries. My wife was being harassed for not wearing her meter when she was at a funeral. I had to sit on the phone for 45 minutes at work reconfirming information I already received. The call center staff are rude and don’t listen when you ask them to stop calling. This program is poorly designed and I can’t believe it impacts media ratings. It’s far from scientific and isn’t professionally done. Retrain your staff. Replace this app.

I constantly misplace my meter and go to open the app and in my months of having it, it has never beeped when I use the find feature. Also it keeps on logging me out every few days even though I keep it to remember me. This is a hassle because I have to go look at my meter serial number but is the worst when I loose my meter and attempt to use the app. Please at least fix the find feature.

My meter itself says I have 656 points for the week and 90 points for the day, but the app says those were for the day before. For example, today is Monday morning, I have 4 points, and the app says I have only 4 points for Sunday, missing all the sweepstakes breakpoints. I’m sure it eventually corrects itself, just would appreciate an up-to-date tracking for the app. Everything else is good
