This app is really great for anyone recovering from an eating disorder but especially for someone recovering from bulimia. The app helps you track how you feel about yourself and about food as well as your daily symptoms like purging, fear of gaining weight, excessive exercise, and self harm. The app also suggests talk therapy as a treatment which could be helpful buy I learned in psychology class that you could do family based/ couple based therapy so you can feel supported through your rough time as well as your family can understand what you’re going through while you’re in recovery. There are many other different treatments for eating disorders which the app should add as suggestions for people but overall it’s a helpful app.

So far very kind and useful for me, I recently started new medication that created a loss of appetite for me, I know that ED’s in themselves are serious and mean to be taken seriously, and I think this app would be helpful to anyone struggling with Anorexia Disorder intensely as it kindly gives you everything you need and encouragement to be better. As someone at the beginning of Anorexia, I sure hope this helps me reach the end much more effectively and safely. 💜

An app that is setup to really help people without trying to get your personal info or $$ immediately out of the gate. Refreshing. I needed a tool to keep me focused and help break the chatter in my head that can literally talk me into going the wrong direction and somehow justifying it!

Using to track fasting as I suffer from parosmia and dysguesia because of covid. I have very few things I can actually eat or drink and this is helping me track how long I go without eating. It’s not fun when there is no foods or drinks you can enjoy.
