Control your hearing aids discreetly with the touch of a finger

Philips HearLink 2 provides you with discreet, improved control over your hearing aids – so you can personalize your listening experience for any environment, find your hearing aids if they become lost, get remote support from your hearing care professional when you need it, and much more.

The Philips HearLink 2 App is compatible with all Philips Bluetooth® hearing aids. However, some app features may require a specific hearing aid model or a firmware update. Please consult your hearing care professional for assistance with firmware updates.

With Philips HearLink 2, you can:

• Adjust the volume of your hearing aids and various settings (e.g. remote microphone, noise reduction, and sound and streaming equalizer)
• Switch between predefined programs according to the different listening situation you are in
• Monitor your battery levels
• Help you find your hearing aids if you lose them
• Use your device as a remote microphone and get better access to the voice of another speaker in noisy environments
• Customize your surrounding sounds with the sound equalizer
• Set and track hearing aid wear-time goals with the Philips Journal feature
• Use the streaming equalizer for a personalized listening experience. The streaming equalizer is available for all Philips HearLink Bluetooth hearing aids except Philips HearLink 2000 and 3000
• Have your hearing aids adjusted and receive counseling from the comfort of your own home – via a live video call with your hearing care professional
• Handle wireless accessories paired with your hearing aids; control multiple TV Adapters or devices, such as AudioClip, which can be used both for streaming and as a remote microphone

For optimal performance and access to the latest features, we recommend using the latest version of iOS.

Nice features

I really like that I can control the level from the tv streamer and the surrounding voice from others. Also the ability to control volume of the aids separately. This allows me to reduce road noise in my left ear when I am driving. On the down side, the app frequently loses contact with the aids even though my phone is in my shirt pocket. In addition start up and mode changes are slow. Hopefully these items will be addressed in future releases

Hi, thank you for reaching out and we are sorry for the inconvenience. We are working on improving stability. In the meantime, we recommend you clear the Bluetooth cache and avoid having multiple devices connected at once. We also welcome you to contact us at philipshearingsolutions@demant.com, we have more workarounds that might be helpful. Kind regards, Marc - Philips Consumer Care

Wearing Time Feature

I am generally pleased with the app except for the flaw concerning the wearing time feature. It will track daily wearing time for a few days, then will stop recording. I have to delete the app and download it again to reactivate the tracking feature. I don’t lose previous data, but it is a pain to have to do this every few days.

Connectivity

Just got hearing aids for the first time, but I have to shut down phone and restart to be able to do adjustments on sound or anything else on app. On my phone show connected, but your app just spins. If this improves will revise my rating. Disappointing

Revised after update this week.

No more restarting app, works great after latest update.
