I love the lessons I’ve learned so far and my family says they have noticed that I have begun to handle stress with a calmer mindset. My only frustration is the technical side of the app. It saved my daily practice activities just fine until lesson 4 and now it won’t save any of them. Unfortunately this affects the lesson completion percentage and triggers an email to my teammates asking them to encourage me to finish the lesson that I’m already done with.

This app is lovely when it works - but it generally doesn’t. It lets me log in about one of every five tries, and often doesn’t save data. I’m working through a sleep plan and it changes my bedtime from 9:30pm to 5:30am with some regularity, though that makes no sense.

I’ve had this app on my phone for almost 2 weeks and I cannot get it to open. It logs me in, but nothing else. The wheel just sits there and spins. I’ve checked for updates and everything, nothing is working.
