For a luxury gym, they don’t invest in their technology

User experience for this app is trash. It’s constantly sending me notifications for the same badges I already completed. You should be able to edit what spot you sign up for after youre in the class and be able to see where you’re at in the waitlist. Let us leave reviews or in app feedback for the coaches. There needs to be a friends feature so we can go to the same classes aa our friends. The calendar syncing is faulty and only works 50% of the time. Please take the feedback and fix the app!!

User experience for this app is trash. It’s constantly sending me notifications for the same badges I already completed. Review is based on the app itself and not an individual studio. Booking a class is pretty straightforward. However, I wish more detail was provided for CS4 prior to booking and the ability to switch spots/bikes in reserved classes after booking. Right now you would need to cancel and rebook. No Apple Wallet integration for the membership card either and forces you to open the app.

This app has constant issues both on the mobile app and at the studio. It is not uncommon to have the app freeze up, be unable to book a class, not display history correctly, even this morning it’s offering a complementary health assessment and is frozen on that page unable to book a class.

The app isn’t bad, I’d say it’s sufficient. It really should show you what number you are on the waitlist so you have an idea as to whether you’re going to get into the class. You should also be able to open the spot map for a class after booking and select a new spot if there are others available.
