I’ve been going to Perspire Sauna Studio, and it has been such a wonderful addition to my wellness routine. The infrared saunas help tremendously with relaxation, skin clarity, and muscle recovery — especially on busy or stressful days. Each room is private, clean, and thoughtfully set up, and I love being able to control the lighting and choose entertainment during the session.The staff is always warm, helpful, and professional, and the entire experience feels so peaceful from start to finish. I recently went for an intro session. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with kindness, friendliness, and enthusiasm. Kat gave me a tour of the facility and explained to me all of the wonderful health benefits from the services. The facility was spotless and I could tell the staff care a great deal about the Brand. After my trial session, I spoke with Kat again, and she thoroughly explained all of the Membership/ Package Options available. She was very thorough and engaging. I decided to try this as a last effort for my arthritis. Even after one session, I felt dramatically less pain.

I love my sauna sessions. They are so relaxing and healing to my mind, body and soul. The peace, the heat, the cleanliness and the red light therapy coalesce to a state of nirvana. These are the fastest 40 minutes of any day because of how great I feel during and after a session. Every time I have a session I can’t wait until the next! I’ve encouraged friends and family yo take advantage of these awesome treatments because if they don’t they’re missing out. Once they’ve done it, they love it too.

Their service consciousness is remarkable- they were extraordinarily attuned to ensuring I had an optimal infrared sauna experience. The studio is immaculate.
